Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for Holiday Inn Hull Marina (soon to be voco Hull Marina). You will lead the restaurant, bar, breakfast and events operations through a relaunch, working alongside the General Manager, Operations Manager and Head Chef to deliver a seamless guest experience.
You will own labour, stock, cost control and profitability while building local trade and developing supervisors for ongoing leadership.
