Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist – Ward-Based Care

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s Pharmacy Team at Glenfield Hospital is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist in Mental Health Services for a full-time, 37.5-hour week with an on-call commitment.

You will deliver ward-based clinical pharmacy services, optimise medicines, support safe discharge through patient counselling and education, promote adherence, and liaise with community healthcare providers, contributing to wider clinical pharmacy activities.
