Working Hours - Monday-Friday, 9am–5:30pm

Our client, an independent and well-established agency with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Property Manager & Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and professional team based in Winchmore Hill.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-respected and long-standing business with a strong reputation within the property industry. The successful candidate will have solid experience within property management, excellent organisational and administrative skills, and a thorough working knowledge of ALTO property management software.

The role will suit someone who is confident managing a varied property portfolio, comfortable handling accounts and financial administration, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Organising maintenance and liaising with contractors
• Processing rents and paying landlords
• Tenancy renewals and referencing
• Property inspections
• Booking sales and lettings viewings
• Web uploading and editing property details
• General accounts administration

About You:

• Previous experience in estate agency
• Strong Property Management and Accounts background
• Competent in online banking and client accounting
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Experience with ALTO software essential
• Great communication skills
• Well organised
• Strong IT Skills
• High attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Full UK Licence
