Salary - £26,000 - £28,000

Working Hours - Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Our client is looking for a Lettings administrator to join their friendly team based in Finchley.

This is a busy and fast-paced office, so they are looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to settle into the role quickly and get stuck in from day one.

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the lettings process, ensuring properties, tenants and landlords are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

Duties

• Providing general administrative support to the lettings team.
• Managing property and applicant records accurately.
• Preparing tenancy paperwork and supporting the progression of new lets.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Arranging appointments and property viewings where required.
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
• Updating property details and marketing information.
• Assisting with referencing, compliance checks and tenancy administration.
• Following up outstanding documentation and ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties.
• Experience using ALTO software is desirable, but not essential

The right person

• Has a background working within Lettings
• Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
• Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
• Proactive, reliable and able to use own initiative
• Must be punctual and very well organised.
• Excellent telephone manner
