We currently have an opportunity to join our team on Match days at Nottingham ForestFootball Club as Retail Team Leader.

Our ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience within retailwho can lead by example and work closely and bondwith new teams on an event-by-event basis.

You will be operating a Catering unitin the football ground. Working on Matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

Main Responsibilities

Job responsibilities

• Brief all your catering team prior to service.
• Deal with customer complaints efficiently.
• Carry out stock checks at designated times.
• Monitor the service of all alcoholic beverages.
• Any other duty that is of a reasonable request.

• Experience as a Team Leader is essential.
• Being friendly yet professional.
• Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.
• Good attention to detail and punctuality.
• Being proactive is key.
