Employer Inclusion & Accessibility Consultant

Fedcap UK is seeking an Occupational Inclusion Specialist to work with employers to promote inclusive recruitment, retention and workplace practices across Oxford, Reading, Guildford or Brighton. You will provide specialist advice and practical solutions to remove barriers and implement reasonable adjustments.

Working with Employment Specialists and employer partners, you will identify opportunities, design role adaptations and help create sustainable employment outcomes.
