We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Nurse or Registered General Nurse with paediatric experience for a Clinical Lead role supporting paediatric patients across Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced complex-care Nurse who thrives in the community and enjoys leading others to deliver exceptional standards of care.

What you'll bring

• Current complex care experience
• Community nursing background
• Confident tracheostomy skills
• The ability to provide strong clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff
• Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans
• A collaborative, positive approach and a commitment to supporting your colleagues
• A full driving licence and access to your own car
