Requirements
Current complex care experience
Community nursing background
Confident tracheostomy skills
Strong clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff
Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized care plans
A collaborative, positive approach and commitment to supporting colleagues
