THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Providing expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles (EVs)
• Assess customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade-in valuations.
• Manage the timely and precise processing of sales contracts, vehicle orders, and financing details.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a thorough handover, including a full video walkthrough before collection.

YOUR PROFILE.

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Well organised with strong administration and diary management skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure while following processes accurately
• Skilled at building rapport, earning customer trust, and resolving queries professionally
• Professional, enthusiastic, and well presented

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS.

• Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000
• Company Car (subject to insurance policy eligibility)
• Monday to Friday plus every Saturday, with a day off during the week. Sundays are worked on a rota basis (approximately 1 in 13).
