At Vertu Kia & MG Edinburgh , we're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Fleet Administrator to join our successful Fleet Department. We are offering a basic salary of £30,000 , depending on experience, plus an excellent range of company benefits.

About the Role

As a Fleet Administrator , you will play a key role in supporting our fleet sales operation, delivering exceptional customer service to our local fleet clients while ensuring all vehicle administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ordering New vehicles and managing orders directly from the manufacturer.
• Progressing orders from initial placement to client delivery.
• Processing Costs and Bonuses using Sales Master to reconcile back to Kerridge deal profit
• Providing administrative support to other Fleet Department colleagues.
• Ensuring the service and parts departments receive ample notice of required work.
• Completing invoicing and vehicle taxing accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will ideally have previous administration experience within a fleet, automotive, sales support, or customer service environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
