Join our Commercial Real Estate team in Aberdeen in this entry-level Legal Administrator/Secretary role.

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Commercial Real Estate team in Aberdeen.

This is an entry-level role providing administrative and secretarial support to the team, working alongside experienced legal professionals. Previous legal or office experience isn't required, as full training and support will be provided.

The duties for this role include —

• Preparing and formatting documents, correspondence and reports
• Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
• Providing administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team
• Supporting client communications and responding to enquiries in a professional manner
• Maintaining electronic filing and document management systems
• Assisting with billing and general matter administration
• Providing support with the day-to-day running of the team
• Carrying out general administrative and secretarial duties as required

Skills
