Salary range: 27,000 - 30,000 DOE
Full-Time | Permanent
A well-established Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Commercial Property team in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a Solicitor handling a broad range of commercial property matters. This opportunity would suit an experienced legal secretary with a strong understanding of Scottish property transactions and previous exposure to commercial property work.
Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive secretarial support to a Property Solicitor.
• Assisting with commercial property transactions from inception through to completion.
• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
• Managing diaries, appointments and client communications.
• Maintaining accurate records using legal case management systems.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties throughout transactions.
• General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Scottish legal environment.
• Essential experience supporting commercial property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Scottish conveyancing and property process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using legal case management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
