Join an experienced Lead ANP, approachable GPs and a wider multidisciplinary team who genuinely work together. We are seeking an experienced Minor Illness Clinician or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care within a supportive primary care environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care.
Assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients appropriately within your scope of practice.
Manage a varied caseload of acute and minor illness presentations.
Prescribe where appropriately qualified and clinically appropriate.
Work collaboratively with GPs, ANPs, nursing team, pharmacists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
YOU'LL BRING
ANP applicants: ANP qualification, registration and independent prescribing qualification.
Minor Illness Clinician applicants: recognised minor illness qualification and relevant clinical experience; independent prescribing desirable.
All applicants: excellent communication, clinical decision-making and teamwork skills.
