Qualified Dental Nurse (12 month FTC)

The Opportunity

Location: Daventry Salary: £13.30 - £14.75 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:30am-5:30pm Contract: 12 month FTC

We are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse to join our welcoming practice.

The Role

As a Qualified Dental Nurse, You Will

Provide chairside support to our dentists and clinicians across a range of treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure surgeries run efficiently.
Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
Support patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Assist with stock control and ensure surgeries are fully equipped and compliant.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
Current GDC registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, reliable, and professional approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional qualifications such as Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education, Sedation Nursing, or Implant Nursing are desirable but not essential.
