• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for vacancies.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial application through to placement.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network within your specialist market.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Negotiate salaries, fees and offers between candidates and clients.
• Meet individual and team targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Keep up to date with market trends, salaries and developments within your sector.
• Provide a high level of service to both candidates and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Driven and ambitious, with a desire to succeed and progress.
• Confident and personable, with excellent communication skills.
• Resilient, able to handle challenges and work in a target-driven environment.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in sales and business development.
• Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Competitive and motivated by achieving results.
• Comfortable speaking to people over the phone and building relationships.
• A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential. We are equally interested in graduates and candidates from other backgrounds who have the right attitude, work ethic and ambition.

What We Offer

• Full training and ongoing development.
• Clear career progression opportunities.
• Competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure.
• Performance-based incentives and rewards.
• A supportive, social and ambitious working environment.
• Regular team events and incentives.
• The opportunity to build a successful long-term career in recruitment.
• Increased responsibility and earning potential as you progress.

Career Progression

We invest heavily in our people and provide a clear progression pathway. Successful Trainee Recruitment Consultants can progress into Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Managing Consultant and Team Leader/Management positions.

If you’re ambitious, enjoy working with people and want a career where your performance can directly influence your earnings and progression, we’d love to hear from you
