​What is required for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role?

No previous recruitment experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.​

​Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with clients and candidates

Sourcing candidates through social media, job boards and networking

Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Negotiating job offers and terms of business

Attending client meetings and networking events

Providing advice on salaries, market trends and career opportunities
