RWLGS - Minibar Attendant

The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a Minibar Attendant, you will play an essential role in creating seamless luxury experiences behind the scenes. Working within our guest rooms and suites, you will ensure every minibar is impeccably stocked, beautifully presented, and accurately maintained. This is more than replenishing products; it is about delivering Relationship Hospitality through precision, care, and attention to detail. You will be entrusted with access to some of the most private spaces within the hotel and will take pride in ensuring every guest discovers a minibar experience that reflects the exceptional standards of The Chancery Rosewood

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and maintain minibars across all guest rooms and suites, ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly presented, and in line with luxury brand standards.
• Accurately record guest consumption and ensure all minibar charges are processed correctly and promptly.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and product quality within minibars and stock storage areas.
• Work closely with In Room Dining, Butler, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure any guest preferences, maintenance concerns, or special requests are addressed efficiently.
• Support accurate stock control by monitoring inventory levels, identifying quality concerns, and ensuring products are rotated and replenished correctly.

About You

• Connection — You build genuine rapport with guests from the very first interaction, making every phone call or request feel personal, warm, and attentive, while collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver a seamlessly coordinated experience.
• Guest-Centricity — You have a passion for exceptional service and an eye for detail, understanding that in-room dining is an extension of the guest's sanctuary and that every order, no matter how small, deserves the highest standard of care and precision.
• Influencing — You communicate with confidence and clarity, whether guiding a guest through the menu, making a tailored recommendation, or relaying a complex order to the kitchen — always adapting your style to suit the moment and your audience.
• Integrity — You take full ownership of every order from placement to delivery, following established procedures consistently and ensuring guest information is handled with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Drive — You bring energy and focus to every shift, multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment, seeing every guest interaction through to a successful conclusion, and proactively seeking ways to refine and improve the service you deliver.
• Adaptability — You remain calm and solution-focused when priorities shift or challenges arise, adjusting seamlessly to last-minute requests, changing guest needs, and the dynamic pace of a luxury hospitality environment.
