Complex Care Assistant (12h Day/Night Shifts)

Ocean Healthcare is seeking Care Assistants to join our Complex Care Team in the Exeter area. Roles include day and night shifts with 12-hour contracts, providing high-quality 1:1 or 2:1 support to children and adults with complex health needs in home or community settings.

Training is specialist and face-to-face, delivered by our nurse-led clinical team. Pay rates start from £13.50–£17.80 per hour depending on complexity, with opportunities for training and career development.
