Temporary Receptionist Opportunity

Location: Manchester M1 1RN

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8AM to 5PM

Pay rate: 13.33 an hour

Start date: 05/10/2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Manage the reception area, keeping it organised and presentable.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with positivity and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office equipment.
