Our client, a dynamic organisation is seeking an enthusiastic Temporary Receptionist in Birmingham, for a short-term assignment in October and Novemeber (Potential for more dates). Role Overview

As the Temporary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Your friendly demeanour and professional attitude will set the tone for visitors and staff alike. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Provide information and assistance to clients and staff as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile
