Office Manager in Wilford, Nottingham
Wilford
Working in our main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team.
As a cover supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high-quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from school.
You will manage classroom behaviour to ensure pupils stay on task and facilitate the activities that have been designed by teaching staff to ensure that students complete the work in an effective learning environment.
If you are passionate about the young people in our community and want to be a part of ensuring their bright futures, then we would really like to hear from you.
This role offers you the chance to step in and lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, primarily for KS3 and KS4 students, with occasional work at KS5. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a broader contribution across the Academy.
This is a fixed term maternity cover role starting from November 2026 (depending on the completion of pre-employment checks) for up to 52 weeks or earlier should our colleague on maternity leave decides to return early for whatever reasons. You will be working for 26 hours per week, term time only.
