We are hiring dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across Cardiff and its surrounding areas. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time positions, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting classroom activities and assisting teachers with lesson delivery
Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs (ALN)
Supervising and engaging students during break times and activities
Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment
Requirements & Qualifications
3 months experience working with children.
A current DBS or willingness to process one
Friendly, proactive, and reliable attitude with a passion for helping others
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
