Inspire EHC is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs at a specialist school near Guildford, Surrey. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide a calm, structured educational environment and help pupils engage with their learning.
The role requires patience, compassion and the ability to build trusting relationships with students. Experience in SEN is advantageous but not essential, and sponsorship is not available.
