We are delighted to announce a number of exciting opportunities for experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a close-knit and highly specialist school community in Guildford. Staff wellbeing is genuinely prioritised here, you will be supported, valued and given the tools you need to do your best work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment
• Build consistent, trusting relationships with pupils, families and staff, particularly important for supply staff joining the school's regular supply bank
• Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back to the class teacher and SENCO
• Support pupils with personal care and physical needs where required, with dignity and sensitivity
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school-specific policies at all times
