We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Garment Technologist to join a growing fashion and activewear business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
You will work across the full product development process, ensuring high standards of fit, quality, functionality and technical performance.
Responsibilities
Manage technical fit development and critical path deadlines
Maintain quality, fit and grading standards
Conduct fit reviews, wearer trials and sample tracking
Work closely with Design, Buying and Supplier teams
Support factory inspections, audits and corrective action plans
Review customer feedback and returns data
Oversee fabric testing and technical approvals
About you
6-8 years' garment technology experience
Previous senior or managerial responsibility
Strong sportswear or activewear technical knowledge
Excellent understanding of garment construction, patterns and manufacturing
Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
