We are recruiting for a Garment Technologist Assistant to join a growing fashion and activewear business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in garment technology, fit and product development to support a busy Technical team.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Garment Technologists
Maintain product development files, trackers and technical information
Coordinate samples with suppliers and the wider product team
Support fit sessions and record follow-up actions
Assist with supplier communication and critical path updates
Organise samples, fit models and wearer trials
Track fabric and garment testing reports
Support care label administration and general Technical team projects
About you
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Excel and Google Docs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and keen to learn
Interest in garment construction, fit and product development
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous fashion or activewear experience would be beneficial
