Personal Assistant (EO/PA) - HM Treasury

Location: London, Westminster
Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours
Pay Rate: £16.78

Level of Clearance Required: CTC

Hiring for a reputed client, you'll provide comprehensive PA support, keep schedules on track, and ensure key business activity is supported with accuracy and care.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide comprehensive PA support to senior leaders
• Manage diaries, meetings and appointments with confidence and clarity
• Coordinate Teams meetings and arrange the logistics end-to-end
• Prepare meeting papers, agendas and supporting documentation
• Handle correspondence and respond to enquiries appropriately
• Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
• Support wider business operations and team activities
• Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role
• Excellent organisational skills and strong time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
• Professional approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Additional information:

• Monday to Friday, 37 hours
• Hybrid working
• Assignment until January 2027 (extension possible)
• Clearance level required: CTC
• Start date: ASAP
