Milton Keynes is looking for a Social Worker to join their MASH Duty Team.

This is a non-case holding role , focused on responding to referrals, assessing risk and ensuring appropriate action is taken within agreed timescales.

Key responsibilities:

• Review referrals allocated by the Team Manager
• Complete actions within agreed timescales
• Liaise with parents, carers and professionals
• Identify risk and protective factors
• Assess thresholds using the MK Level of Needs framework
• Apply relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
• Make clear and evidence-based recommendations

This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Worker with strong front-door, MASH or safeguarding experience who enjoys fast-paced assessment and decision-making.

Rate: £38 per hour
