Teaching Assistant (SEN)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN provision, supporting young people aged 3-19 with a range of disabilities and Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Whether you're looking to begin your career in education or already have experience working within educational or SEN settings, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference .

Offering 1:1 support or dedicated time to small groups

How you will stand out:

Experience working within SEN educational environments
Able to lead with confidence
A compassionate and empathetic educator
A dedication to safeguarding procedures and always following staff protocol

To be eligible for this role, you must be 18+ and either already have or be happy to apply for:

Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service
Level 2 Safeguarding training (provided)
At least two professional references covering a 24-month period
