Stonewater is seeking a Tenancy Support Caseworker to join our Locality Team across the South East, including Oxford, providing tailored support to customers in tenancy sustainment, budgeting and welfare benefits.
You will work with vulnerable customers, carry out home visits, and collaborate with internal and external agencies to prevent homelessness while maintaining detailed case records and following safeguarding guidelines.
