HR Assistant (Temporary 3-Month Contract)

We’re currently supporting a highly regarded professional services organisation in their search for an experienced HR Assistant to join their People team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a broad range of employee lifecycle administration. The successful candidate will provide essential support across the HR function, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all HR administration across the employee lifecycle
• Supporting new starter onboarding and induction processes
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and employment documentation
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately
• Coordinating absence, holiday and employee data records
• Assisting with leaver processes and associated documentation
• Providing first-line HR support to employees and managers
• Supporting the wider HR team with ongoing projects and initiatives

About You

• Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator or similar HR support role
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
