Flexible Supply & Long-Term Opportunities

Finished your teacher training and wondering what comes next?

You don't have to rush into the first permanent teaching job that comes along.

Premier Education is looking for Primary ECTs across Wigan who are ready to build their classroom experience, discover different schools and find out what type of setting suits them.

Whether you're looking for a long-term role where you can begin your ECT induction, regular supply work to build your confidence, or simply want to experience different year groups and schools before deciding on your next step, we'd love to hear from you.

We work with primary schools across Wigan and the surrounding area and can offer opportunities including:

• Day-to-day and regular supply teaching
• EYFS, KS1 and KS2 opportunities
• PPA and planned cover
• Short and long-term placements
• Opportunities that may be suitable for completing your ECT induction
• A chance to build relationships with local schools and gain valuable classroom experience

We're looking for ECTs who:

• Hold or are due to achieve QTS
• Are enthusiastic and confident about starting their teaching career
• Can create positive relationships with pupils
• Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum
• Are willing to learn, develop and gain experience
• Want to become part of a reliable local supply team

You don't need years of experience - that's the whole point!

Your placements, training and enthusiasm have already given you a great starting point. Now it's about getting into classrooms, developing your own teaching style and building your confidence.

At Premier Education, you'll have a dedicated consultant who gets to know you - the year groups you enjoy, where you want to work and what you're hoping to achieve next.

If you're an ECT in Wigan and want to start building your teaching career, apply today for a chat with Amy about current and upcoming opportunities.
