The Candidate

• Hold QTS or be an ECT
• Have experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
• Be confident delivering the secondary Maths curriculum
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Be committed to supporting student progress and raising attainment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a genuine passion for Maths and inspiring young people
