Maintenance Technician – Student Housing (Mon–Fri, 40h)

Homes for Students is seeking a Maintenance Operative for our Compass property in Birmingham. The role is 40 hours per week, 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to ensure high standards and statutory compliance.

You will work with minimal supervision, liaising with suppliers and contractors to keep the property in good condition and to provide a fast, quality service to reported faults.
