Fitness Instructor – Adult Social Care (Self-Employed) Nottingham and Surrounding Areas

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate fitness professional to join our growing team and deliver engaging exercise sessions to older adults and individuals living with a range of health conditions and disabilties.

About the Role You will deliver enjoyable, inclusive exercise sessions, including chair-based exercise, to residents in care homes and supported living services throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

The role offers flexible working, with sessions typically taking place between 10:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to build work around your existing commitments where appropriate.

Essential requirements for application: Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (or equivalent). Full UK driving licence. Access to a reliable vehicle. Before delivering sessions you will also need: A recognised specialist fitness qualification relevant to adult social care, such as Chair Based Exercise for Adult Social Care. An enhanced DBS/PVG/AccessNI certificate. Appropriate professional insurance.
