We’re hunting for a sharp, personable Reservations Team Member to be the friendly voice behind unforgettable guest experiences at The Grand, York Your role? Turning enquiries into bookings with style, speed, and precision—making every guest’s journey start with a wow.

Please note; this is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week. Our current operating hours are: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 8.30pm, Saturday 7.30am - 7.30pm and Sunday 8.30am - 7.30pm Shifts are scheduled within these hours, such as 7.30am - 4pm, 10.30am - 7pm, 12.00pm - 20.30pm, etc. All shifts and weekends are shared on a monthly rota basis.

• Handle reservation requests with care and attention
• Provide expert knowledge on rooms, packages & amenities
• Work closely with front desk & sales to maximize occupancy
• Deliver seamless, five-star customer service every time
