Junior Designer

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Junior Designer to gain exposure to a wide variety of creative work, develop alongside experienced designers and start building the foundations for an exciting career in design.

We’re working with a global creative and media agency bringing together talent, technology, creativity and media to help ambitious brands grow.

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team of experienced Designers working across a broad mix of projects, with roughly 60% of your time focused on campaign work and 40% across branding and other creative outputs, including editorial, books, merchandise and more. No two briefs will necessarily look the same, making this a brilliant opportunity to build a genuinely broad and modern design skillset.

Reporting into a Design Director, you’ll be supported and challenged by an experienced team while being encouraged to bring your own perspective, taste and ideas to the work.

This is an opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is full of ideas, has a strong eye for design and is eager to develop their craft within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. You might be a little rough around the edges, but that’s okay — what matters is your creative potential, curiosity and ambition to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of creative ideas across campaigns, brands and wider agency projects.
• Bring concepts to life across a range of channels and formats.
• Working across campaign design and visual identities to books, merchandise and other outputs.
• Collaborate closely with designers, creatives and wider agency teams.
• Develop skills across established and emerging creative tools, Figma playing an essential role in your toolkit.
• Present your work and thinking clearly to colleagues beyond the design team.
• Ownership of your contribution while learning when to ask questions, seek feedback and push ideas further.
• Bring curiosity, energy and a fresh perspective to the studio.

What We’re Looking For

We’re less interested in perfectly polished projects and more interested in creative potential and experimental, expressive ideas. You’ll be a talented designer who demonstrates ideas, taste, versatility and above all a fantastic attitude.

You’ll ideally be:

• A naturally creative and conceptually minded designer with a strong visual point of view.
• Comfortable working across both campaign and brand design.
• Curious about culture, creativity and emerging technology.
• Confident using Figma, alongside a broad and modern design toolkit.
• Keen to experiment with new tools and ways of working.
• Collaborative and excited by the opportunity to learn from others.
• Able to work independently, use your judgement and take initiative when needed.
• Comfortable communicating and presenting your ideas.
• Someone who wants to contribute not only to the work, but to the culture of the team.

The team works together in person 3–4 days per week. The studio is based in central London.
