The Role
Working as part of the wider Merchandising team, you will take responsibility for supporting the commercial performance of the business across a variety of product areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury environment, working closely with teams across the wider business and playing an important role in the ongoing development of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day merchandising activities
Support the wider team with sales and stock management
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities
Assist with seasonal planning and activities
Support the management of stock across the business
Provide regular reporting and analysis
Work closely with Buying, Retail, E-commerce and Operations
Support product and range reviews
Help ensure information is accurate and up to date
Assist with wider projects and initiatives
Contribute to the overall commercial performance of the business
Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team where required
About You
Previous experience as a Merchandiser within fashion, beauty, luxury or retail
Strong interest in luxury fashion and beauty
Commercially aware with a good understanding of retail
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers and information
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive and confident taking responsibility
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and comfortable working across different teams
Flexible, positive and hands-on in your approach
Keen to develop your career within luxury fashion and beauty
