Team Member

We are looking for Full and Part Time Team Members

Reporting to the General Manager you will be working as a Team Member involved in all the restaurant's daily operations for your restaurant.

• A keen interest in Greek Food
• Proven track record of maintaining a high level of sales.
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in Food Preparation
• Experience with HACCP and food safety procedures
• Experience using delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes -
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner -
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Greet customers and take their orders using the pos system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist with menu planning and development -
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed -
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience

Experience

• Previous experience as a cook/foh in a restaurant or similar setting -
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods -
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils -
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -
• Ability to work well in a team
