• 1:1 pupil support
• Small-group interventions
• Reading and phonics support
• Classroom assistance
• PPA and intervention support
• HLTA-style responsibilities where appropriate
• Daily, short-term and part-time work

Why Consider School Work Alongside Your Studies?

• Gain additional classroom experience
• Build confidence outside your teaching placements
• Experience different primary schools
• Develop behaviour and classroom management skills
• Gain further SEND experience

We're Looking For:

• Students currently studying towards teaching/QTS or a related education qualification
• Previous experience working with children
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and professional approach
• Genuine passion for education
• Commitment to safeguarding
• Availability that can work alongside your studies

Why Aspire People?

• Flexible work around your studies
• Immediate opportunities
• Access to schools across Manchester
