• Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce literacy, numeracy, and core curriculum tasks.
• Help children build confidence, focus, and social skills, offering gentle guidance and encouragement.
• Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by tailoring learning activities to suit their individual learning styles.
• Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviour in line with school policies.
• Assist with supervision during break times, lunchtimes, and school trips as needed.

• Good standards of literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths preferred).
• An adaptable, proactive attitude with the ability to step into different primary classrooms with confidence.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).

Benefits of Working With Us:

• Competitive rates of pay , processed weekly and reflective of your experience level.
• A dedicated local consultant with deep knowledge of the primary education sector in Norwich and Norfolk.
• Complete flexibility to set and update your availability on your own terms.
• Exposure to top local primary schools, which frequently leads to direct, permanent job offers.
