Chef de Partie — Rosette Kitchen, Restaurant & Banqueting

The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, five days over seven, with permanent employment.

Pay is £19.00 per hour including holiday pay, with paid overtime at the same rate, and an opportunity to work across restaurant service and large banqueting events.
