Chef de Partie

Welcome to The Beefy Boys, the burger empire of your dreams - where the patties are juicy, the buns are fresh. We’re a fast-paced, rapidly growing burger joint on a mission to become the greatest burger restaurant in the entire galaxy.

We’ve spent years delving deep into the world of burgers - For us, there’s no such thing as a “just a cheeseburger.” Oh no, we’re talking about a universe of patties: from thick, juicy 6oz steakhouse delights to crispy diner-style smashburgers, and even the oh-so-filthy Oklahoma-style patties that’ll have you questioning your entire existence.

Now, we’re on the hunt for a Chef de Partie with a passion for patties (and maybe a few grease stains to prove it) who can own their section in the kitchen and serve up world-class burgers, even when the smash hits the pan. If you've got the skills to flip a patty like a pro, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and love the idea of creating burger magic every day, then we want YOU!

What You’ll Need:

• Team Player: You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to keep everything running smoothly in your section. Whether you’re cooking, preparing, or keeping the pass clean, you’ll be an essential part of the team.
• Food Excellence: Every dish is your responsibility, and you’ll take pride in making sure each burger is cooked to perfection. If it’s not 10/10, it’s not leaving your station!
• Kitchen Skills: You’ve got experience in the kitchen and know how to operate in a fast-paced environment. Whether it’s grilling, assembling, or plating, you’re hands-on and committed to delivering high-quality food every time.
• Attention to Detail: You don’t let the little things slip. From following recipes to managing cooking times and ensuring everything is spot-on, your focus on detail will help keep the kitchen in check.
• Ingredient Knowledge: You’ll be in charge of managing your section’s ingredients, keeping things stocked and ready for service. If something’s running low or missing, you’ll know exactly what to do.
• Get It Done Attitude: Service is fast and intense. You’ll thrive under pressure, keeping your cool while ensuring quality and efficiency are never compromised.

What You’ll Get:

• Tronc Share: Boost your paycheck with an equal share of tronc - aka the magical money pot! More tips, more wins!
• Free Food: Did someone say FREE BURGERS? Yep, you get to stuff your face with our delicious creations every shift.
• Career Growth: The sky’s the limit! We’ve got tons of opportunities for you to climb that ladder and become the burger mogul you were always meant to be.
• Discounted Dinner: Impress your mates with a meal out and enjoy discounts while you’re at it! Good food, great company, and even better savings.
• Annual Staff Summer Festival: Ready to party? Our epic staff summer festival is your chance to let loose, dance, and make unforgettable memories.
• Away Days Full of Fun: Join us for staff away days packed with fun activities that are all about team bonding, adventure, and having a blast outside of work.
• 28 Days Paid Holiday: Need a break? Take 28 days off (because even burger-flippers deserve to rest and recharge)!
• Company Pension: Chill out about your future while we make sure your retirement's looking pretty sweet.
