Monday to Friday, 6am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm-11pm

Our client, a leading UK manufacturer within their sector, is looking for Production Operatives to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis due to continued business expansion.

Key duties:

Preparing profiles ready for the painting and finishing process
Painting profiles to the required standard while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Assembling profiles and components in line with production requirements
Checking finished items for accuracy, quality, and presentation before they move to the next stage
Preparing completed products ready for packing, despatch, and delivery
Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe at all times
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for:

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment would be beneficial, but full training can be provided
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
A team player who can also work well independently when required
Someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality
Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about developing within the role
A flexible approach to work and the ability to support different areas of production when needed
