We are recruiting for Production Operatives with an immediate start based near Melton Mowbray.
Salary: £13 starting per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Temporary with potential to becoming permanent
Hours: 8am - 4pm
Location: Rural location near Melton Mowbray (having access to your own transport is essential due to the location on the role)

Key Responsibilities

Cutting materials to size using hand and power tools
Gluing and assembling panel components
Finishing and quality-checking products
Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Supporting general workshop tasks as required

Skills & Experience

Experience in a hands-on or production role
Basic skills in cutting, assembly, or sewing are an advantage
Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to follow instructions and work independently

This is a varied role requiring practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a small, collaborative team.
