If you're kind, compassionate and reliable, we'll provide all the training and ongoing support you need to become an outstanding Care Professional. As a Home Care Assistant, Care Assistant or Domiciliary Care Worker, you'll visit clients in their own homes to provide person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Your role may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Supporting with personal care.
• Preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Assisting with medication.
• Helping with shopping and appointments.
• Light household duties.
• Supporting clients to access their local community.
• Encouraging independence and confidence.
• Building lasting relationships with regular clients.

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Carer, Healthcare Assistant, Community Care Assistant, Domiciliary Care Worker or Support Worker is welcomed but not essential , as full training is provided. Many of our best Care Professionals joined us from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, childcare and other customer-facing roles.
