Full-Time FEMALE Home Care Assistants – Sponsorship Transfer Opportunity

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will support older adults to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
• Supporting with personal care
• Medication prompting and support
• Meal preparation
• Supporting clients with daily routines
• Light housekeeping
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities
• Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people who are:

• Caring, compassionate and reliable
• Experienced in the care sector
• Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Able to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Legally able to work in the UK
• Already living locally within the Loughborough, Leicester or within Leicestershire
• A driver with access to a reliable vehicle, due to the community-based nature of the role

We are pleased to have recently obtained our Skilled Worker sponsor licence and can consider transfers of sponsorship for suitable candidates who are already in the UK and are locally based in the Leicestershire area. Please note that this opportunity is for sponsorship transfer only . We are not currently offering sponsorship to applicants applying from overseas. We will be hosting set interview days for successful candidates.
