CTI is seeking to appoint a Business Analyst (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.
Responsibilities
Track record as a Business Analyst in the Fintech field, minimum 5 years' experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM and end-to-end of product lifecycle.
Experience in automating payment processes.
Understanding of SWIFT message types and ISO 20022 MX format.
Strong understanding of APIs, including security headers, encryption, and fetch types.
Technical and non-technical stakeholder management skills.
Ability to capture and write detailed requirements.
Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements and optimising business results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
