CTI is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.
Essential: Recent experience within Banking or FinTech sectors
15+ years' experience in an operational leadership capacity within the highly regulated environments (Banking or FinTech)
A solid history of successful project management, team scaling, and achieving exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card schemes, and settlement processes
Proven ability to lead significant change initiatives, effectively managing transitions and aligning new processes with organisational objectives and team strengths
Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and the implementation of customer-focused strategies
Strong analytical skills, capable of utilising data to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiencies
Experience in overseeing budgets and personnel within an operations division, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
Proficient in addressing and resolving complex payment-related challenges
Comprehensive understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC regulations and procedures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating engagement with stakeholders across all organisational levels
Proven capacity to excel in a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
