AI Engineer — Build Production AI for Books

Penguin Random House in London is seeking an AI Engineer to design and build language-model workflows, APIs and AI-powered features for publishing products. You will own model evaluation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, working with ML Engineers on the platform and AI tooling.

You will guide prompt development, agent workflow design, and ensure responsible AI use while collaborating with Sales, Editorial and Marketing to translate needs into scalable solutions.
